Cancellations:  As a small business, I am heavily impacted when a client cancels late or fails to show up, because their time slot can no longer be filled by someone else. If you’re unable to make an appointment, I ask you to kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.   This gives me an opportunity to fill the empty space.

For all appointment reservations, we reserve the right to charge a no show/late cancellation fee of 50% of the missed/late cancelled appointment.
